2N® IP Style might show very low-quality video stream in FW versions below 2.35 when added to Genetec Omnicast.

This is because Genetec Omnicast changes the setting below to the lowest available resolution upon connecting to 2N® IP Style.

You can see the resulting low-quality video stream here:

To fix this, you first need to turn off the stream in Genetec, and then configure the desired resolution and bitrate in 2N® IP Style again.


Once this is configured, you can go back to Genetec and turn the stream back on. Everything should be working properly from now on as shown below:
