While first attempt to log in to the 2N® NetSpeaker Virtual Sound Card you might experience access right conflict. This conflict results as login was unsuccessful message.
This situation is caused by different set of access rights used during installation and the set of user attempting to open the application.
Delete the configuration database file config.db in order to resolve this conflict.It can be found on the path C:\ProgramData\2N TELEKOMUNIKACE\2N NetSpeaker\Virtual Sound Card\22.214.171.124.16_BRANCH-rel (valid for Windows 7).
During next attempt to open the application is new configuration database file created with correct access rights.
In case you are still experiencing login problems, please, check user settings in 2N® NetSpeaker Control Panel.
