  • You have to enable streaming of JPEG video settings via web interface by anonymous access set to "Yes". You are also able to choose activation by call and quality of the pictures which you will see from Eye.

How to configure 2N® Helios IP intercom – FW version 2.6 and higher

Configuration of 2N® Helios IP intercom is similar as described above. Go to Menu Services-Streaming and enable streaming of JPEG video settings via web interface by anonymous access set to "Yes".

  • Further you can set a pop-up feature from the side of 2N® Helios IP . Pop-up feature means that when an outgoing calls from 2N® Helios IP, Eye will do automatic pop-up on pre-set IP address of computer. You can use this feature for one computer only. You can see example in the picture below.

How to configure 2N® Helios IP intercom – FW version 2.6 and higher

Configuration of 2N® Helios IP intercom is similar as described above. Go to Menu Directory-Phone Book and fill in Helios IP Eye address.

  • You are also able to handle any of four locks that you have got connected to 2N® Helios IP via Eye. You have to enable lock control by http to "Yes".

How to configure 2N® Helios IP intercom – FW version 2.6 and higher

Configuration of 2N® Helios IP intercom is similar as described above. Menu Hardware, Switched - Enable Switch Control by HTTP

 

And in firmware 2.10 and higher:

  • Now we can go through the settings of Eye.

  • In the "Intercoms" you can add up to 100 2N® Helios IP cameras. You can write IP address of 2N® Helios IP or you can also search all connected 2N® Helios IPs in your network.

  • In tab "Video calls" you are able to set an icon for opening any of four locks which you have got connected to 2N® Helios IP.

  • In tab "Surveillance" you can set up up to 10x10 monitored window.

  • In tab "General Settings" you are able to enable stay on top/run on startup.

  • In the picture below you can see how does it look like if a call is in progress.

  • In the picture below you can see surveillance cameras.
