- Download 2N® HIPhone soft-phone from app-store and install it on your device
- Check if you are use the latest version of firmware for 2N® IP Intercom product from https://www.2n.cz/cs_CZ/produkty/interkomy#ProductGroup1
- Make sure you have registered 2N® IP Intercom and 2N® HIPhone app. on the SIP proxy.

4. Set up Video codecs which are supported by SIP Proxy server, you can choose for video between: H.264, H.263 or H.263+. All 3 are supported by 2N® HIPhone too.
Note: Video codes setting should be set in case if you have squares in the video or in case of worse video quality(e.g.:low bandwidth in LAN).

5. Set up Audio codecs which are supported by SIP Proxy server, you can choose for Audio between: G.711u, G.711a or G.729. All 3 are supported by 2N® HIPhone too.
Note: G.729 is licensed. It is not included in the PROFI license. You can ask only for the codec if needed. For more details contact your salesman.

6. In the Phone book set up the registered number for 2N® HIPhone application. Set up the rest of features(e.g.: switch control).

7. Setting of the 2N® HIPhone is similar, set up the proxy server and registration.
8. Set up codecs for Audio and Video, again use only parameters which you are going to use, you do not have necessarily use all of them as shown. Check what SIP Proxy supports.
9. Other settings of the application can be used as default, be sure that you use UDP for communication. Also use some Multitasking type in order to be always online.
10. And now you can call between 2N® HIPhone application and 2N® IP Intercom products. You can open door by DTMF and use all features as from standard SIP phone.
