- If you have already paired the 2N® Mobile Key app with the 2N IP Intercom equipped with a Bluetooth module, go to close proximity of BT reader.
To open the door, walk up to the 2N IP Intercom with the Mobile Key app active in the background. Push the Bluetooth symbol to open the door. A green light above the Bluetooth symbol will appear if you are authorized to enter, while a red light below the Bluetooth symbol will appear if access is denied.
If you are authorized, the door will open, and a green circle will appear.
Android iOS Info In case that 2N IP Intercoms are managed using 2N® Access Commander, you do not need to pair with each door device.
When the app on a mobile device detects a new 2N Bluetooth-equipped device, it will connect to it and check if the user is authorized for access.
Info In case that 2N IP Intercoms are not managed using 2N® Access Commander, the Administrator can export Bluetooth pairing settings backup and distribute it (import) to other door units. This procedure is described in the following article:
