Step 1: Go to https://audio.online-convert.com/convert-to-wav website.
Step 2: Drop your audio file in the marked area or choose it by clicking on the button.
Step 3: Define needed parameters.
Step 4: Click on Start conversion button to convert the file.
Step 5: Download a converted file.
Step 6: Upload the converted audio file into the intercom. You can assign a name to the file.
