If the unit reboots after the lock activation, then check the following:

  • If it is DC lock, then check the polarity of connected lock.
  • Check whether lock parameters follow output values:
    • 2N® IP Force, 2N® IP Safety
      • Passive switch – NO and NC contacts, up to 30V/1A AC/DC
      • Active switch output – 9V up to 13V DC depending on power supply (PoE: 9V; adaptor: power supply voltage minus 1V), max 700mA
    • 2N® IP Vario
      • Passive switch – NO and NC contacts, up to 30V/1A AC/DC
      • Active switch output – 10V up to 14V DC depending on power supply (PoE: approx. 14V; adaptor: same voltage as power supply), max 700mA
    • 2N® IP Uni
      • Passive switch – NO and NC contacts, up to 30V/1A AC/DC
      • Active switch output – 8V up to 12V DC depending on power supply (PoE: 9V; adaptor: power supply voltage minus 2V), max 500mA
    • 2N® IP Verso
      • Passive switch - NO/NC contact, up to 30 V / 1 A AC/DC
      • Active switch output - 8 up to 12 V DC depending on power supply (PoE: 10 V; adaptor: power supply voltage minus 2 V), max 400 mA
    • 2N® IP Base
      • Passive switch - NO/NC contact, up to 30 V / 1 A AC/DC
      • Active switch output - 8 up to 12 V DC depending on power supply (PoE: 10 V; adaptor: power supply voltage minus 2 V), max 400 mA
